While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same, our commitment to your safety and the safety of our team.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. Our office follows recommendations made by the American Dental Association, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up to date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agency's recommendations.

Our COVID-19 Policy and Practices were designed the safety of our patients and our team:
OUR PATIENTS

Experience minimal wait times.

Are scheduled to ensure a minimum number of patients are in the building at all times. This may mean fewer scheduling options.

Undergo a health screening prior to entry, including a temperature check and symptom questions.

Should not come to the office is they do not have an appointment.

Wear a cloth mask that completely covers the nose and mouth, for the appointment duration, except when receiving direct dental care.

Are asked to contact us if they have developed any signs or symptoms of potential COVID-19 infection within two days of their visit with us.

Can further protect themselves and those around them by getting vaccinated when the vaccine is available.

Always uses strict infection prevention and control techniques.

Uses additional personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent infection. This extra PPE makes us warm so we keep our building cool - you may wish to dress warmer than normal. ​​

Notifies us immediately if they experience signs and symptoms of potential COVID-19 infection and do not come into the office.

Has received the vaccine.

Relies on state-of-the art ventilation

Excludes hard to sanitize waiting room items such as magazines, toys, etc.

Includes regularly sanitized surfaces and rigorously sterilized dental equipment.

Requires we all practice good hand hygiene: we provide alcohol-based sanitizer for patient use upon entry, during your visit, and when you leave.

Touchless in-office payment is available.
To date, none of our patients or staff have reported possible or confirmed COVID-19 infections. ​
